Change password problem

Itak you know I'm passing through an hack problem. (i'm debby's owner) , you told me to change my password , i'm having some problem with it. It tells me that my account do not exist (i'm tried many times). I dont know what to do. while i'm waiting the aswer my char is vulnerable to another hack atack and we dont want it.

Maybe you could help me . Dont know, contact me ingame, and maybe i could give you the information needed and you change it for me. its better than let it as it is at the moment.
